What we'll ask for

• Dates: your first choice, plus any other days that work
• Departure area: pick one of our nine areas, or "not sure yet"
• Group size: adults and children
• Activity: fishing, sailing, private boat, snorkeling or diving, whale watching, or a celebration
• Budget: a rough range for the whole trip
• Your name and email, so an operator or our team can reply
• Anything else: a birthday, a proposal, mobility needs, ages of kids

What happens next

We read your request and share it with operators who may be a fit. If an operator can help, they or we will reply by email. We can't promise every request will find a boat, and nothing is booked until you agree terms and pay the operator directly.

We're an independent guide and referral service, not a boat operator. We may earn a fee when a referral leads to a booking.

Your details and privacy

We use what you send us only to handle your charter request.

• Who sees it: we share your request only with the operators you ask about. We don't sell it.
• How long we keep it: we keep requests for 12 months, then delete them.
• Your consent: you'll need to tick the consent box before you can send the form.
