Terms of Use

What this site is

CostaRicaCharters.com is a listing directory and referral service only. It is informational only and does not offer legal, financial, medical or professional advice. We do not operate any boat, tour or charter listed here.

Bookings are with the operator

When you book, your agreement is with the operator or booking agent, not with us. Bookings, prices, payments, safety, cancellations and refunds are between you and the operator. Read their terms before you pay.

Prices

Prices on this site are regular prices copied from the operator's own page, each with the date we checked it. Prices can change at any time. The operator's current price is the one that counts.

Referrals

We may pass your charter request to operators, and we may earn a fee when a referral leads to a booking.

No warranties

We work to keep listings accurate, but we provide the site "as is." We make no promises that listings, prices, times or other details are complete, current or without errors, or that a trip will be available.

Links to other sites

We link to operators and other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, services or policies.
